Terms of Sale
Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming the receipt of your order.

However, this acknowledgement does not constitute an acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed only upon successful payment confirmation.

We do not entertain any cancellation requests once the order has been successfully placed. We reserve the full right to decide whether an order can be processed or altered. In case of duplicate transactions or system errors, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Once the order is confirmed and processed, the products may only be altered or exchanged. Please note that refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.
