Dispatch & Timelines
Shipping timelines may vary depending on the specific product and your delivery location. Orders are dispatched as per the lead time communicated by our store or customer care team at the time of purchase. Please note that made-to-order and couture pieces may require additional time due to the intricacy of craftsmanship involved.
Domestic & International Shipping
We are pleased to offer both domestic and international shipping. Shipping charges are applicable on all orders and are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the package. These charges will be clearly communicated at the time of checkout.
Delivery Schedule
Our delivery partners operate from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and national/public holidays. A signature may be required upon delivery to confirm receipt and ensure the safe and secure handover of your order.
If no one is available at the shipping address at the time of delivery, the courier service will contact you to reschedule or arrange a suitable time. In case the parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or an incorrect/incomplete address, reshipment will incur additional shipping charges, which must be borne by the customer.
